  1. ROUND 01 • ONLINE APPLICATION

    Step 1: FEV Application Form

    Fill out the online application, share your personality, and choose one of FEV's 3 core departments (Media, Planning, Production).

    Duration: 7 - 10 days

  2. ROUND 02 • 1:1 INTERVIEW

    Step 2: Meet the Board

    A friendly, open conversation to hear about your direction and assess your fit with the "The Way We Went" spirit.

    Format: In person on FPTU campus

  3. ROUND 03 • TEAMWORK

    Step 3: Real-World Stage Challenge

    Work with a team to solve a realistic simulated problem (concept pitching, mini stage set-up, event crisis handling).

    Building practical, real-world thinking

  4. WELCOME NIGHT

    Step 4: Officially a Member of FEV

    A welcome celebration for new recruits, with FEV uniforms and crew badges awarded, officially beginning the proud "The Way We Went" journey.
